Detailed description of the Caring for the Destination Initiative: 

Well aware of the importance the sanctuary has for everyone, the commitment of the company is always promote what locals do in order for them to gain benefits of this activity and helping them taking care of the place at the same time. The company uses the boat service that belongs to the community in order to sail around the sanctuary and the restaurant, where our guests have lunch. The restaurant is owned and operated by locals. Our guides bring special bags for garbage, separating PET plastic, aluminum and organic garbage, inviting our visitors to deposit the trash there. The PET plastic and aluminum are used on a small recycling program the company has.
